Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, ALTUS PRINTWORKS does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Color expectation differences caused by screen variations
- Delayed delivery caused by courier services
- Customized or print-on-demand products
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In case a customer receives:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect order
the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof sent to:

After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product
- Store credit
- Resolution at our discretion
ALTUS PRINTWORKS reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet the above conditions.
